KSET 2020 Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to appear for Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) – 2020 for Assistant Professor to be conducted on 12th April, 2020. Candidates can apply only through Online mode by accessing KSET Website http://kset.uni-mysore.ac.in .
Note : Candidates are requested to go through the notification carefully before filling their online application form.
Candidates who qualify the KSET will be governed by the rules and regulations for recruitment of lectures / Assistant Professors of the concerned University / Colleges / Institutions (Government / Aided / Private) in Karnataka State.

KSET 2020 Exam Pattern
The Information Related to Exam Pattern is Provided Below.

Paper-I: Shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks. The questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
Paper – II: Shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the subject selected by the candidate.

Syllabus for KSET 2020
- Syllabus: Syllabus for KSET examination will be the same as in UGC/CSIR-NET. Syllabi for all the subjects can be downloaded from the KSET website http://kset.uni-mysore.ac.in. The KSET center, Mysore will not send the syllabus to the candidates individually.
