The main aim of this scholarship is to ensure the economic welfare and provide financial assistance to the students of the backward community of the society which will help them achieve their dreams. The last date to apply for this scholarship is 15 December 2020. Students are advised to fill the forms as soon as possible as the last date is arriving very soon.

What is the eligibility of this scholarship?

The applicant filling the form for this scholarship must fulfill the following eligibility

1. The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat. His native place must be Gujarat. He must have a domicile of the state.
2. The applicant must be studying at the undergraduate level to post-graduation.
3. The applicant must belong to the OBC category.
4. The annual family income must be less than INR 1 lakh from all sources.

What are the benefits of this scholarship?

For B.Sc, Medical and Engineering courses the amount is INR 750 per month for the hostelers and for day scholars it is INR 350.

For Diploma courses in Engineering, technical science, and postgraduate courses it is INR 510 per month for hostelers, and for day scholars it is INR 335.

For Engineering, technical skill, commerce, and certificate of postgraduate courses it is INR 400 per month for hostelers and INR 210 for day scholars.

For Post Matric Course up to graduation, it is INR 260 per month for hostelers and INR 160 for day scholars.

What documents will be needed to apply?

Caste certificate, aadhaar card, bank passbook, fee receipt of an academic course, preceding year mark sheet, disability certificate, hostel certificate, income certificate, passport size photograph, school leaving certificate, break affidavit.
