The application is for Ph.D. degree holders. Those who will be selected for the fellowship will receive INR 60,000 per month and according to the rules, house rent allowance and medical benefits will be given. For all the expenses relevant to the Ph.D. problem an annual contingency grant of INR 40,000 is also given.

What is the eligibility for HBNI-DAE Doctoral Fellowship Scheme 2021?
To be eligible for HBNI-DAE Doctoral scholarship the eligibility should be
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen
- Candidate must be below 40 years of age
- Candidates need to be born on or after August 1, 1993 for OBC-NCL (non-creamy layer) and by five years for SC/ST applicants.
