What Is The Last Date To Fill The Application Form?
The application has been released on 24th July 2020. The last date to fill the application form is 1st December 2020. Students are advised to fill the application forms as soon as possible as the last date of filing the application form is arriving.
What Is The Eligibility Post Matric Scholarship For Minority Students ?
The eligibility to fill this scholarship is given below. Applicants need to fulfill the eligibility criteria to fill up the application forms. Applicants who do not fill the eligibility criteria won’t be able to fill the forms.
- Applicants need to be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh. This scholarship will be provided only to the students of Uttar Pradesh.
- The applicants need to belong to the minority community.
- The family income of the applicants must be less than INR 1 Lakh per annum. This must be the family income of the applicants from all the sources.
- The applicants need to study in Class 9 and 10.

What Are The Benefits Of This Scholarship?
The Government of Uttar Pradesh provides financial help and other benefits to the students shortlisted for the Pre-Matric UP scholarships. The scholarship is given on the need of a student and his or her academic merit. The financial assistance covers a tuition fee, a non-refundable fee, stationary, and some other requirements.
How To Apply For The Scholarship?
- The candidate will have to register as a new user on the ‘UP Government’s Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System’. After registering, the applicant needs to keep the printout of the registration slip for future reference.
- Once registered, the applicant needs to apply for a fresh application under the ‘student’ section by logging on the portal using the registration number, date of birth, and password.
- The candidate must fill all the required details in the scholarship application form and submit it.
- After applying, the candidates need to upload their passport size photograph and other required documents such as residential proof, caste certificate, income certificate, mark sheets, and certificates.
- Now, the applicants must go through every information they have filled in the scholarship application form to make sure that the information is correct, and then, finally submit the application form.
- After the final submission, the candidate needs to take the print out of the filled application form and attach other supporting documents with it, and then submit the form at his/her respective educational institutions.
This scholarship will be available on merit as well as need basis to the students pursuing their education in the state.

- Mark sheet of the previous qualifying examination.
- Current year fee receipt/admission letter.
- Applicants need to have a domicile certificate.

- Applicants need to bank passbook. The passbook can be of the student or the parents.
