HITSEEE Counselling 2020 will be organized by the Hindustan University at the end of June after the HITSEEE 2020 result. On qualifying the exam, candidates can get admission in the Hindustan University .After the declaration of result, the candidates who have qualified in the exam have to participate in the counselling process as per the schedule in Chennai campus.

Procedure of HITSEEE 2020 Counselling
Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling of HITSEEE 2020 which will be held in offline mode. Step to follow
Downloading of Counselling Call Letter: Firstly, the qualified candidates will have to download the counselling call letter.
Reporting to Counselling Venue: Candidates will have to report to the venue as per their allotted time in the call letter.
Choice Filling: Next, the candidates will have to select their choice of courses as per their preference.
Seat Allotment: Candidates will be allotted seats as per their merit, preferences and availability of seats.
Document Verification: After the allotment process is completed, the selected candidates will have to verify their documents. Both original and photocopies of the documents have to be submitted for verification.
Documents required in original and photocopies during counselling:
- HITSEEE admit card
- Class 10 board certificate/any other certificate for age proof
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination
- Community Certificate for SC/ST
- Nativity Certificate
- 2 latest passport size, coloured photograph
- Payment by DD of Rs. 50,000 drawn in favour of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, payable at Chennai.
The counselling will be conducted through offline mode in which candidates have to present in person at the designated center. The counselling will be conducted in the address given below:
