WBBSE President Kalyanmoy Ganguly told in this year‘s results press conference that all eligible students who passed the 10th board result have been prepared based on the alternative evaluation plan. He added that up to 79 students scored 697 marks out of 700.
This year, around 12 lakh kids enrolled for the WB Class 10 board exam. Due to Covid-19, the WB board exam for both classes 10 and 12 in 2021 has been cancelled in the state.
The Class 9 annual exam results and the Class 10 internal assessment marks will be given equal weightage (50:50 basis) for the WB class 10 result 2021, according to the WBBSE result 2021 evaluation criteria released subsequently.
