REAP Counselling 2020 will be organized by the Centre of Electronic Governance (CEG) at the First week of July after the JEE result & 12th board result. On qualifying the exam, candidates can get admission in the university and its associated campuses.After the declaration of result, the candidates who have qualified in the exam have to participate in the counselling process as per the schedule through online mode.

Procedure of REAP 2020 Counselling
Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling of REAP 2020 which will be held in offline mode. Step to follow
Choice Filling: Next, the candidates will have to select their choice of courses as per their preference.
The last date of choice filling will be till fourth week of June for B.Tech and till fourth week of July 2020 for B.Arch. Students will have to make choices by filling the streams and institutions in which they want admission.
An online option form will be filled and submitted by the candidates. After making the choices candidates will have to lock the choices.
Seat Allotment: Candidates will be allotted seats as per their merit, preferences and availability of seats.Seat Allotment process will be also done on the basis of merit obtained, choices locked and availability of seats.
Document Verification: After the allotment process is completed, the selected candidates will have to verify their documents. Both original and photocopies of the documents have to be submitted for verification.
