Admission in Delhi University for the academic year 2021 will begin in the month of March 2021. Conducted by National Testing Agency DUET is an entrance examination which offers admission in various UG and PG programs in the University. Through this entrance examination candidates get admission into Management, law, Engineering and Commerce and various other fields. Candidates can get admission in UG courses on the basis of merit scores of qualifying examination. Candidates who wish to take admission in Delhi University may get all the information about Delhi University Entrance Examination 2021. Details regarding the Delhi University Admission eligibility, application form,  exam date are given below.

 Can Non-Native English Speakers Teach English as a Foreign Language?

The application will begin from first week of March 2021 and the last date of submission of form is last week of March 2021. The admit card will be available in the last week of April 2021. The exam will be held in 1st and 2nd week of June 2021. The result will be declared in the last week of June 2021 and the admissions will start from 3rd week of July 2021.

For UG Courses (Based on Merit list)

The registration will begin from first week of March 2021 and the last date of registration is March/April 2021. The first merit list released on April/May 2021. The document verification will begin from May 2021 and the release of 2nd cut off list will be held in May/June 2021. The document verification will begin from June/July 2021 and the admission will start from July 2021.

For PG Courses (Based On Entrance Test)

The starting of application form will be from the 1st week of March 2021 and the last date to submit applications is last week of March 2021. The admit card will be available in the last week of April 2021 and the exam date will be available in the 1st and 2nd week of June 2021. The results will be declared in the last week of June 2021.

The group discussion and interview will be held in the 2nd week of July 2021. The first allotment list will release in 3rd week of July 2021 and the document verification will be held in the last week of July 2021. The classes will begin from the month of August 2021.

Delhi University Admission 2021 Application Form

The application will be released online and the applicants are advised to fill all the details in the application forms correctly. After filling up the application form students will have to upload passport size photograph and signature. Candidates must upload their documents in JPG/JPEG format. There will be no need to send any hardcopy of the application form by post. Take the print out of the filled application form. Application Form Fee Payment

Candidates will have to fill the fee of the application forms online through debit/credit card and net banking. The fee will be non refundable.

Fee For UG

For General/OBC category- Rs 250

For SC/ST/PWD – Rs 100

For UG/PG

For general/OBC – Rs. 750

For SC/ST/PWD- Rs. 300

Delhi University Admission Eligibility

 

B.A (Hons) Multi Media and Mass Communication:

 

  • Qualification: Candidates must pass 10th and 12th class or equivalent from any recognized board.
  • Marks: Candidates must secure minimum of 75% marks in the best of four subjects and 85% marks in English subject.

 

B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematics Innovation):

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class examination from any recognized board.
  • Marks: Candidates must obtain minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying examination.
  • Subject: Candidates must have Mathematics subject in their 12th class.

 

M.Tech (Microwave Electronics):

  • Qualification: Candidates must have Tech/ B.E. Electrical/ M.Sc. Physics with specialization in electronics or other equivalent degree from any recognized institute.
  • Marks: Candidates must secure minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degree.

M.Com Courses:

 

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed Com/ B.A. (Hons.)/ B.Com (Hons.) from any recognized institute.
  • Marks: Candidates must pass 50% marks (45% for OBC, 40% for SC/ ST) in their qualifying examination.

Delhi University Entrance Examination Pattern 2021

The exam will be conducted online. Multiple Choice Questions will be asked. The examination will be conducted in English and Hindi. The time duration is 2 hours and every correct answer will be awarded four marks. One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Delhi University Admit Card 2021

The admit card will release in the last week of April 2021. Candidates will have to download the admit card online. The exam date, exam center and timing will be given of the admit card.

Delhi University Admission 2021 Result

The result will be available online and candidates will be selected for admission based on the result.

Delhi University Cut Off

Cut off is the minimum score one must get to qualify the examination. Cut off marks will be based on difficulty level of the examination, availability of seats, number of candidates appeared in the examination.
