UP Board Result 2021: The UPMSP will announce the confirmed date and time of the declaration of UP Class 10 board results soon. Candidates can check their scores on the official websites – www.upresults.nic.in and www.upmsp.edu.in. Due to the current situation of COVID-19, class 10th exams were canceled as a result the students will be directly promoted to the next class without exams. This year, the students are being promoted through an alternative assessment mode.
How to check UP Board Results
Visit the official website – www.upresults.nic.in and www.upmsp.edu.in.Click on the result link ‘up board result’ link. You will be redirected to a new page. Submit using the roll number and school code given on your admit card. The result will appear and download it for future reference.
Marking Scheme
The marking scheme for class 10 has been released by the UPSMP UP Board. Class 10 students will be evaluated on a 50-50 formula which means 50 percent marks will be given on the basis of class 9 results and 50 percent to class 10 pre-boards exams marks. The students who will not be satisfied with their results can take the special exam at a later date.
The final marking for the theory part for Class 10 students will be on the basis of marks obtained in Class 9 and marks scored in Class 10 pre-board. In the case of practical exams, if internal assessment marks of a student are not available, then the student will be awarded practical or internal assessment marks on the basis of his or her final marks in the subject.
How Will Marks be Calculated
To calculate Grade Points, the following formula needs to be used:
- CGPA Formula = Total of grade points obtained in subjects / Total number of subjects.
- The candidate can calculate grade points for each theory subject using the table given below.

After calculating the grade point of each subject, add all the grade points.

Divide the grade points with the total number of subjects and the final value obtained by calculation will UP Board GPA.
