The wait for those candidates is over now who are waiting for the NEET MDS 2021 Counseling. The counseling of the exam will most probably happen in the second week of March 2021.
The counseling process will happen online. Those students who want to take part in the counseling will have to register online at the official website of MCC and will have to pay whatever registration fee has been asked.
For the AIQ seats, the counseling will happen in two rounds, after this counseling if the seats remain vacant then the final Mop-up round will be organized. Even after this if the seats remain vacant then the seats will get transferred to the state quota. The result of NEET MDS 2021 will be released on 31 December 2020 along with the qualifying cut-off.
The counseling of NEET MDS 2021 will be organized for admission to about 1300 MDS seats. The cut-off for a general category that is GN UR/EWS in NEET MDS 2021 is 259, for SC/ST/OBC the cut-off is 227, and for UR-PwD the cut-off is 243.
The MDS courses are offered by Central Universities, Deemed Universities, Armed Forces Medical Services, ESIC colleges, and 50 percent All India Quota seats of the dental colleges in India.
NEET MDS Counseling Dates 2021
First Round
The online registration will happen in the second week of March 2021. The last date for payment of the counseling fee is the last week of March 2021. The choice filling will be done in the last week of March 2021. The provisional seat allotment list will be released in the first week of April 2021 and the final seat allotment list will be released in the second week of April 2021. The reporting to the institute allotted will be done in the second week of April 2021 and the last date to resign the seat allotted is the third week of April 2021.

The second round of Counseling
The online registration will start in the third week of April 2021.
Mop Up Round
The online registration for the mop-up round will happen in the first week of May 2021 and the stray vacancy round will happen in the third week of May 2021.
NEET MDS 2021 Qualifying Cut Off
The cut-off percentile for the general category is 50th percentile and the cut-off score is 259. The cut-off percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD OF SC/ST/OBC) is 40th percentile and the marks needed is 227 and for UR-PWD the cut-off percentile was 45 and cut-off scores were 243.
NEET MDS Counseling Process 2021
The candidate will have to do the registration on the official website of the counseling authority. The links and very important details will be given on the NBE website.
The candidate will have to enter all the relevant details that as NEET MDS registration number, name, gender, etc. Candidates will be issued a new user name and password.
The candidate will now have to log in using the login id and password. Candidates will be able to select the college of their choice from the available colleges. Once the candidate is satisfied he/she will be able to lock his/her choice.
Candidates before submission can make multiple edits but after locking the choices the candidates can’t edit the choice. The designated authority will look through the application forms and will be able to allow the seats to the candidates based on the merit list. An allotment letter will be sent to the candidate through post or email.

After the seat has been allotted to the candidate he/she will have to attend the NEET MDS Counseling 2021. The candidates will have to attend it at the scheduled time and venue.
Payment of fees
The candidates will have to pay the admission fee
For 50 percent AIQ/Central universities- for the general candidate the nonrefundable fee is Rs 1000 and the refundable fee is 25,000.
For SC/ST/OBC the non-refundable fee is Rs 500 and a refundable fee is Rs 10,000.
For Deemed Universities- All categories the refundable fee is 5000 and non-refundable fees are Rs 2,00,000.

- NEET MDS 2021 scorecard
- NEET MDS 2021 Admit Card
- Mark sheet of BDS 1ST, 2ND, and 3rd-year exams.
- Qualifying examination certificate that is, BDS Degree Certificate
- The permanent or provisional certificate which has been provided by DCI/Dental council
- Internship completion certificate issued from the head of the institution.
- 10th standard certificate as birth proof
- Valid id proof and all the certificates.
