The IBPS PO 2021 recruitment is a three-step process involving – Prelims, Mains & Interview. The IBPS PO Preliminary Exam 2021 will be held soon. Students who would qualify the Prelims exam will be called for the IBPS. Finally, students who clear both Prelims and Mains will be called for IBPS PO Interview 2021. IBPS PO Prelims Pre-Exam Training (PET)
Before conducting the examination, IBPS PO participating banks hold the pre-exam training for the students belonging to SC/ST/Minority Communities. The Pre-Exam Training (PET) is expected to be held during September 2021, for which Pre- Exam Training call letters will be released a week before the training schedule. This training is conducted for free where students are made familiar with the IBPS PO Exam Pattern and preparation tips.

IBPS PO Recruitment 2021
Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) are given jobs every year through a Common Written Examination (CWE), commonly known as the IBPS PO exam. The CWE was started in 2011 and is being conducted for the 10th time this year.The IBPS PO selection process consists of 3 phases (preliminary, mains and interview) and the students must qualify each of them to proceed to the next phase. IBPS PO Interview
The students who have successfully qualified the mains exam are called for a face to face interview which carries a maximum of 100 marks. The minimum marks to clear the interview is 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
The interview round is generally 15-20 minutes long, where a panel of bank officials ask questions to the students about themselves, banking sector, current affairs, general awareness, etc.
The final merit list is made on the basis of marks obtained in mains examination and interview. The final scores calculated by IBPS considering marks given in the main examination and interview is in the ratio of 80:20.
