Gujarat MBBS/ BDS Admission 2021 : The Gujarat MBBS and BDS admission procedure will be started by the Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) and the admission will start from the 2nd week of June.
The Education Department of Gujarat has constituted the ACPUGMEC to provide admission to the candidates in various MBBS and BDS programs of Gujarat.
There are various medical institutions in the Gujarat state to provide admission to the candidates in these programs, they can fill the application by online mode from the official website of Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses.
Note: This admission form will be released First week of October 2021. Admission form will be in the online mode after declaration of NEET UG 2021 result. All those applicants who are seeking admission in Gujrat state have to qualify NEET 2021 exam .
Gujarat MBBS Admission Procedure
The Gujarat MBBS and BDS admission application form will be released from 1st week of October 2021.
Those applicants interested to get admission in the MBBS and BDS programs from the various medical and dental colleges of Gujarat, they can fill the application form.
Candidates have to fill all of the correct and complete details in the application form and they also have to make the payment of the application fee and submit the application form.

Gujarat MBBS Admission 2021 Eligibility
- First of all, the candidate willing to secure admission must have qualified NEET 2021.
- Candidates must be a citizen of India. Non-Resident Indian and their wards are also eligible.
- He should have qualified for the 10+2 examination with the subjects of PCMB or PCB.
- English must be a compulsory subject under the recognized board.
- The intermediate and high school qualifying boards must be CBSE, ICSE or Gujarat Board.
- The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years on and before 31st December 2021.
- The candidate must essentially obtain a minimum of 50% (40% for SC/ST/SEBC & 45% for PH) together in all the subjects.
Documents Required for MBBS Admission 2021
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- NEET result 2020
- School Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate (for SC/ ST/ SEBC candidates)
- Non-creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate
- Certificate of Physical Disability (if applicable)
- Certificate of local student from the Dean of NHLMMC (Ahmedabad) or SMIMER (Surat)
- Documentary evidence of NRI status (if applicable)
Gujarat MBBS/BDS Selection Procedure
- The Candidate needs to first appear and then qualify in the NEET 2021 examinations.
- The eligible candidates will be called for counseling and subsequently, the merit list will be prepared separately for the following:
- Students who passed their qualifying examination from the Gujarat board.
- Students who passed their qualifying examination from CBSE, New Delhi
- Candidates who qualified in CISCE, New Delhi.
- Minority students
- The eligible students will require filling their choices regarding the course and college online.
- The students then need to pay the counseling fee.
- All the candidates then need to verify their documents from the authorities.
- The students then needs to produce the physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner along with the undertaking at the time of joining in the allotted seat.
