Bihar Combined B.Ed Admission 2021 : Apply Online | Exam Date

For the academic session 2021-22, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwaranagar, organising body of Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 has rescheduled the exam for. The examination will be held in offline (Pen-paper) mode. Currently, the application form filling procedure is ongoing. The last date to apply online for Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 is June 5 (extended).

What is Bihar B.Ed CET?

Bihar Bachelor of Education Combined Entrance Test (Bihar B.Ed CET) is state-level teaching entrance exam that is held by Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga. The entrance exam is conducted anually  to provide admission to eligible candidates in regular B.Ed, distance B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri B.Ed programmes offered at various universities across Bihar.

• May 25, 2021 : Bihar B.Ed CET 2021 scheduled on June 15 has been postponed, and the new exam date is July 11.
• May 07, 2021 : Bihar B.Ed Exam 2021 scheduled on May 30 has been postponed. The expected new exam date is June 15.
• Apr 12, 2021 : Bihar B.Ed Exam 2021 registration started on April 11.
• Apr 10, 2021 : The official notification for Bihar B.Ed  2021 has been released, and the online registration will begin on April 11.

Bihar B.Ed CET Eligibility Criteria 2021

• At least 50 per cent marks in graduation
  OR
• At least 50 per cent marks in post-graduation in Science/Social Science/Humanity/Commerce
  OR
• At least 55 per cent marks in BE/BTech with specialisation in Science and Mathematics

Candidates looking for admission in Shiksha Shastri B.Ed programmes have to fulfil the following Bihar B.Ed CET eligibility criteria:

•  50 per cent marks in Shastri or BA with Sanskrit as the main subject
•  50 per cent marks in Shastri BA with Sanskrit as a subject and passing Acharya (first year) and MA Sanskrit (first year)

Candidates seeking admission in Distance B.Ed programmes need to fulfil the following Bihar B.Ed CET eligibility criteria:

• Untrained service teacher

OR

• Service teacher in elementary education

OR

• Completed NCTE recognised teacher training programme.

Bihar B.Ed CET Admission Process 2021

Step 1: Fill Bihar B.Ed CET application form

Candidates need to fill the Bihar B.Ed CET application form in online mode on the official website.

Step 2: Download Bihar B.Ed CET admit card

The registered candidates need to download the Bihar B.Ed  admit card from the official website. The Bihar B.Ed CET admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre.

Step 3: Give Bihar B.Ed  exam

Step 4: Check Bihar B.Ed  result

Bihar B.Ed CET result is released by the organizing body as per the prescribed schedule. Result will be out on the official website.
