B.tech direct admission into Vel tech University has invited applications for B.Tech admissions through VTUEEE 2020. VTUEEE 2020 for B.Tech admissions will be held on two phases i.e. in January & April month of 2020 .
The Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology (Vel Tech) is conducted VTUEEE 2020 for Phase I and Phase II. VTUEEE 2020 Phase I is scheduled to be held on January 22-26, 2020 and Phase II is from April 23-26, 2020. Aspirants who have passed 10+2 in March/April/May 2020 and seeking admission into BTech programmes can apply for VTUEEE.

B.tech direct admission Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the Government norms, candidates who seek admission to B.Tech Degree Programmes should have either completed or appearing for, any one of the following examinations as on March 2019:
- 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by any State Board, Central Board of higher Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi). The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi); National Institute of Open Schooling; Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board / University; High School Certificate Examination of the University of Cambridge or equivalent.
- Eligibility: minimum of 60% marks in MPC/BPC in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination for admission into B.Tech programmes 2019.

VTU Scholarship 2020
University provides Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit scholarship in tuition fee for B.Tech Programmes. 100% scholarship is awarded to MPC topper from each State/ Union Territory among admitted candidates. To eb considered for Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship, the State or Union Territory from which the candidate has studied and appeared for the Class 12th exam is taken as the state to which the candidate belongs, even though the nativity of the candidate may be another State or UT.
