SAEEE Counselling 2020 will be organized by the Sathyabama University at the end of June after the SAEEE 2020 result. On qualifying the exam, candidates can get admission in the Sathyabama University .After the declaration of result, the candidates who have qualified in the exam have to participate in the counselling process as per the schedule in Chennai campus.

The Procedure of SAEEE 2020 Counselling
Qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling of SAEEE 2020 which will be held in offline mode. Step to follow
Downloading of the Counselling Call Letter: Firstly, the qualified candidates will have to download the counselling call letter.
Reporting to Counselling Venue: Therefore Candidates will have to report to the venue as per their allotted time in the call letter.
Choice Filling: After that, the candidates will have to select their choice of courses as per their preference also branch.
Seat Allotment: Therefore Candidates will be allotted seats as per their merit, preferences and availability of seats.
Document Verification: After that allotment process is completed, the selected candidates will have to verify their documents. both original and photocopies of the documents have to submit for verification.
Required Documents at the time of counselling:
- SAEEE admit card
- Class 10 board certificate/any other certificate for age proof
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination
- Community Certificate for SC/ST
- Nativity Certificate
- 2 latest passport size, coloured photograph
The counselling will be conducted through offline mode in which candidates have to present in person at the designated center.

Sathyabama University Admission Procedure
- The admission to B.E., / B.Tech., / B.Arch. / B.Des. , programmes is done solely based on the performance in the All India B.E/B.Tech./B.Arch. Entrance Examination 2020 conducted by Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
- The candidates will be shortlisted and called for Counselling, based on their performance in the entrance examination-2020. On the day of counselling, the branch of study will be allotted depending on the availability of seat and provisional admission order will be issued on the same day after collecting a counselling fee of Rs.50,000/-. Refund of Tuition Fee is based on as per UGC Regulations.
