- Chief Engineer (Sand T)/Addl. Chief Engineer (S and T): B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics from Govt. Recognized University/Institute.
- Chief Public Relations Office: Master Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism/ Master Degree in Journalism or equivalent from Govt. recognized University/Institute.
- General Manager (Finance): Two years full time MBA (Finance)/Two years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or equivalent from Govt. recognized University/Institute.
- Chief SHE Manager/Additional Chief SHE Manager: Degree and post graduate diploma in any one of the following disciplines: B.E/B.Tech. and Post Graduate (PG) diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM) from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai.
