Community Health Officer (CHO) – 2800 Posts
NHM UP Educational Qualification
Applying candidate should have General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc. from a recognized institute. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized Institute/University.
Apart from this, candidates should have registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurse and Midwife Council and should have valid Registration Certificate at the time of submission of online application.
