Kerala NEET counselling 2021 is organised by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Kerala. MBBS and BDS aspiring candidates have to qualify NEET exam in order to participate in the NEET counselling. The State will conduct counselling for 85% state quota seats while 15% All India Quota seats will be occupied on the centralized counselling. Admission in MBBS and BDS courses will be done only on the basis of merit list/All India Rank.
Kerala NEET UG Counselling 2021 Eligibility
- Age limit – Candidates must be at least 17 years of age. Aspirants crossing the upper age limit of NEET i.e. 25 years are eligible to take NEET 2021.
- Educational Qualification- Aspirants are required to pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English by scoring qualifying marks in each of these subjects. Along with this, candidates need to pass in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) in Class 12th with at least 50% (40% for SC/ST category and 45% for SEBC) in aggregate.
- Nativity – For admission to 85% seats of government colleges and 50% seats of private colleges, candidates need to show that they are Indian citizens of Kerala origin.
- NEET 2021 Qualification– Only those candidates who will qualify NEET 2021 with at least 50th percentile (45th percentile for UR-PH candidates and 40th percentile for reserved category candidates) will be eligible for Kerala MBBS admission 2021.

KEAM Registration
- Candidates have to fill KEAM application form for participating in Kerala NEET Counselling 2021.
- The registration can be done online on the official website of the CEE, Kerala.
- Applicants have to pay Rs.800/- (Rs.400/- for SC candidates) as registration fee. There will no fee for ST Category candidates.
- Registration fee can be paid through internet banking, debit/credit card or through e-challan.
- After submission of the registration form, take the printout of the same and send it to the following address along with required documents:
NEET Score Submission
- Candidates, who have registered for KEAM 2021, can submit the NEET 2021 score later for admission in medical & allied programmes.
- The competent authority on the basis of NEET score will prepare State rank list for allotting admission.
- Candidates should take the printout of the “NEET Result Submission Report’ for further process.
Display of Rank List
- The CEE, Kerala will publish rank list after submission of NEET score.
- Particulars of rank list consist of NEET Roll Number, candidate’s name, state Rank, NEET Rank, NEET score & percentile score.

Centralized Allotment Process (CAP)
- Eligible candidates as per the rank list published have to go for CAP procedure.
- Candidates have to access official website for online application.
- It is the process of ‘Allotments through Online Submission of Options’.
- At this stage, candidates have to fill choices of course & colleges as per the preference.
- After making entries, lock the choices and take printout the same for reference.
Seat Allotment Result
- The competent authority will publish seat allotment result. Seat allotment will be done strictly on the basis of candidate’s NEET rank, choice-filled, rank and seat availability.
- After the seat allotment result, candidates should download the seat allotment letter from the official website.
- The seat allotment letter will contain information like candidate’s name, roll number, allotted college & course, application fee details and other instructions.
Reporting to the Allotted College
The candidates after obtaining the seat allotment letter must report to the allotted college before the last date of reporting. Pay the necessary admission fee to confirm the seat. If any candidate does not pay the admission fee then he/she may lose the allotment. Therefore, it is recommended to follow all the instruction as per the seat allotment letter.
