ECIL Recruitment 2021 Details
Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, RandAC, MMV, Turner, Machinist, Machinist (G), MM Tool Maint, Carpenter, Copa, Diesel Mech, Plumber, SMW, Welder, and Painter are among the 16 specialties for which apprenticeships are available.
A total of 243 ITI Trade Apprentice positions will be filled through this recruitment. “The Apprenticeship for the following Trades will be for one year only and will begin in October 2021,” the announcement states.
Educational Qualifications
NCVT certificate in the particular trade, i.e. ITI Pass Certificate.
Age for ECIL Recruitment
As on October 14, 2021, the candidate must be at least 18 years old. For General candidates maximum age is 25, for OBC candidates maximum age is 28, and SC/ST candidates can have maximum age of 30.
Selection process
Candidates will be selected in order of merit based on their ITI scores, subject to acceptable validation. From September 20 to 25, document verification will take place. Short-listed candidates will be notified of the exact date via email in due time.
